Usage:
1. Brush your teeth :)
2. Apply the cheek retractor to your lips so that your teeth will be exposed.
3. Dry your teeth with a dry cloth.
4. Put the special tip on the syringe and carefully apply the gel on your teeth while avoiding the gums.
5. Turn on the UV lamp and bite the special plastic holder for 30 minutes.
6. After the 30 minutes, wash your teeth from the gel with water.
7. Repeat the whole process one more time, wash your teeth with water and see the final result!
***The whole whitening process can be repeated once every 2 months.
